We purchased this border for our son's nursery, we didn't like the "baby" prints and were looking for something a little more mature. This arrived very quickly and was exactly as pictured. The colors are beautiful, and the planes look amazing. We actually took it directly to Lowes with us and used it to help us pick out our wall color. We cleaned the walls, used a coat of primer, and then two coats of Visper (Lowes brand) paint. Hanging the border was super simple (directions read: step #1: carefully peel from sheet, step #2: position & smooth onto surface... and that's it) and we did the whole 12x12 room in under an hour, compared to the 3 hours it took to do my daughters border (which was not peal'stick). The problem arrived when we stepped back to admire our work. After approximately ten minutes one of the full walls with no cuts in it began to pull up from the wall. My husband repeatedly followed step #2: position & smooth onto surface, but the situation quickly stopped being funny when we realized that the other walls were coming unstuck too. My husband rushed out to Lowes and bought some Border Paste, then came home to glue the, "peel and stick," boarder in place. So a 1 hour job became a 4 hour job with a trip to Lowes. My husband says, "this border is a piece of trash, it didn't do what it said it will, and we had to glue down a peel-and-stick border." We still love the border, and it is beautiful to look at, but the frustration level that came with it made it almost not worth it. I should also mention that we have the matching plane "stickers" to put up, and after discussing it we will probably put the border paste on them before even trying to adhere them to the wall, just to avoid the frustration. Also, please don't suggest that we got a bad "batch" like my Mom did, since all of the walls began to fall and they came from 3 different rolls.

I was looking for Vintage airplane decor (WWI biplanes) for a "big boy" nursery(I really dislike cartoonish nurseries). This had exactly the look I was going for. The adhesive is strong, yet easy to reposition (I used a laser level to be sure it was level all around the room). I have highly textured walls (knockdown), and was concerned it would not stick well enough, but am VERY pleased. I am in a very dry area, so I don't know how well this will stay up in a more humid climate.
The room looks even better than I'd hoped - would recommend this border (and all RoomMates peel snd stick, as we have others in other rooms) to my friends.

We bought this border for our 2 year olds room and have been surprised at how easy it was to put up and how wonderful it looks! We used the border around the lower/middle of the room and painted dark blue on the bottom and light blue on the top and the border looks great. We were so excited to finish our son's room we slapped the border on the day after we painted with Behr premium disney paints (with the primer and paint in one) and we have had no trouble with it not sticking--it has been two weeks and no signs of it peeling. If it starts to peel I will come back and update this reveiw! Totally recomend this border.

This is a very cute wall border; however, after a few months, the adhesive stopped sticking to the wall in multiple spots and therefore I had to replace the entire border. I would recommend buying a different product with a better adhesive.
