Returns and Refunds Policy
Items must be received back by us within 30 days from the date of receipt. Please contact us for an RMA prior to returning the item. Items returned without the RMA are subject to a 25% restock fee if they are eligible for return. Please write your RMA number on the outside of the package, and include a copy of the invoice with the return for faster processing.
The following items are not returnable: Custom / Special Orders, clearance items, scratch & dent, personalized items, partially used or opened items that are not resalable.
To receive credit, items MUST be returned in the condition they were received. We cannot refund if there is any damage to the item as a result of packaging and shipping, or if any packaging, inserts, instructions are missing or the item is not in resalable condition. We strongly recommend sending items with insurance and tracking to ensure a safe arrival. We cannot issue refunds for items shipped but never received, damaged during transit or as a result of unsecure packaging causing damage to the items.
Please do not ship delicate items such as transfers & sticker sheets in tyvek or manila / flat mailers; they will be damaged and therefore not eligible for return. You may reuse the hard cardboard mailer to send them back or another package of equal protection. Items received in a tyvek or regular envelope may be refused / returned to you without opening.
Do not fold or bend items to place them in mailers, they will be damaged and not eligible for return.
Returns must be sent postage pre-paid.
For any "Free Shipping" items that are returned or exchanged, the customer will be responsible for the amount of shipping incurred by us in the delivery of the product to you. You will be refunded for all but what it cost us to ship it to you, and you will be responsible for any costs incurred for shipping it back to us.

Items received without an RMA clearly marked on the outside may be refused by the warehouse. Items sent back that are not eligible for a refund for any of the stated refunds can either be returned to you at your expense, or will be disposed of at our discretion.
Exchanges: We offer free shipping on even exchanges! If you liked your product but the color wasn't quite right, we are happy to send out your exchange product at no additional charge. This applies to even exchanges only. If you would like to receive something of a different cost you will be billed for the difference.
Please let us know which product you would like to exchange it for. Simply let us know which product(s) you would like instead send the package back and we will send you the new selection.
Refunds: Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to be processed for all approved returns. The credit will be issued to your original form of payment.
Defective Items: Please follow the directions included with your merchandise for proper application. Our products vary considerably in their application process, so it is important to read instructions and details regarding the surface you want to apply them to prior to starting your project. Our customer service department is extremely knowledgeable in all products we carry and will be happy to help you as well so please do not hesitate to contact us.
If for some reason you have followed the directions and feel the product is not working as it should please contact us immediately. We do stand behind all of the products we sell and will quickly replace the product upon receipt of the defective one. Claims of defective items are eligible for replacement only.
Unclaimed / Invalid Addresses: Please make sure that the ship to address you have provided to Amazon is complete and up to date. It must be an address that accepts USPS mail. Per Amazon's rules we cannot change the ship to address after the order has been placed.
Shipping charges are NOT refunded in cases of returned or refused / unclaimed items. Please make sure that you provide a valid shipping address for USPS shipments. Items returned by carriers as invalid / unknown / refused will be refunded less the restocking and shipping costs.
